2004 Honda S2000 with all its 9000rpm Vtec goodness.
I don’t think I have ever smiled like that behind the wheel. Got a black S2000 to look at next weekend, but I think one of these will be in my life soon.
Beyond excite!

too bad we didn’t get those headlight washers over here :(
And they lowered it to 8000 rpm in 2004 in the US, as well. Too bad.

I miss mine so much. Sometimes I think of getting another, then I see how much they’ve appreciated since I sold mine in 2012 and start crying.

I keep telling myself that I should buy it sooner rather than later what with prices going up. Its clearly a sound financial decision (man maths is great)

I can confirm this goes about 8000 rpm, as I felt it necesscary to try out the Vtec on the test drive, otherwise whats the point in having an S2000 :D oh my lord when it goes,

this ones 69k miles after 11 years, but has been serviced every year regardless of mileage, which gives me a warm feeling inside.

I bought a low mile NFR AP1 a few months back and am still smiling. No regrets whatsoever. Now is the time to buy too. You know you want to.

Mine was an ‘02 and I sold it for £4500. It had around 90k miles on it but was in good condition and I devoted a lot of time to maintaining it. The only thing I’d say about your man-maths is that as much as people say the engine is bomb-proof, people are reluctant to buy them once they start approaching 100k so keep the miles down if you’re looking for an investment. However, even if you walked away with nothing I doubt you’d regret it for a second.

There are a few at around 100k and your right, the values seem to tail off alot regardless of maintenance. I’ll be doing about 12,000 miles a year so I’m just looking for a car which I enjoy and puts a smile on my face, and this has that covered in spades.

I had the same experience. Looking for my copy right now. Good luck!
